How quickly will I get my photos?
All of our photos and floor plans are delivered the next day, at no extra charge. Fast turnaround helps you list your property quickly and confidently. Add on services may not qualify for next day turn around.

Is there a limit to how many photos I get?
Nope! We believe in capturing the full story of the home. Every shoot includes as many photos as it takes to showcase the home — no upselling or image caps.

What areas do you serve?
We serve Greater New Orleans, including:
• New Orleans (Uptown, Mid-City, Gentilly, Algiers)
• Metairie
• Kenner
• Slidell
• Harvey
• Gretna

How do I book a shoot?
You can book directly through our online scheduling page. Choose your service, date, and time — it's fast and easy.

What happens if it rains?
If weather conditions aren’t ideal for exterior or drone shots, we’ll work with you to reschedule at the next clear opportunity.

Do you offer drone photos or video?
Yes!
• Drone Photos: $150 standalone / $100 when added to a shoot
• Drone Video: $250 standalone / $200 with a shoot
• Twilight Photos: $125 standalone / $100 with a shoot

How should I prepare the home before the shoot?
Make sure the home is photo-ready by:
• Decluttering counters and floors
• Turning on all lights
• Opening blinds for natural light
• Securing pets or notifying us ahead of time
• Ensuring power is on

Do you photograph multi-family or rentals?
Yes, we photograph doubles, fourplexes, and rental properties. Just select the correct property type when you book.

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a rescheduling fee. Same-day cancellations may result in a $50 charge.

Can I use the photos for MLS and social media?
Absolutely. Our photos are yours to use for MLS, social, flyers, and other marketing. We just ask that you don’t resell or distribute them without permission.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure online system. If you book online, you can take care of everything when you book. If you book by phone, you will receive your invoice before your shoot.
